Double Denim

I know I'm a bit late on this trend, but I think everyone has to find their poison before they adopt something like double denim. This is definitely mine:

H&M Men's. Match with mid-blue skinny jeans and killer heels!

Wanted

A pair of really blue suede boots with a covered heel. Kind of like this, but skipping the black, plastic heel.

Dorothy Perkins

I first discovered the mainstream chain Dorothy Perkins on my first (strangely) trp to London a couple of years ago. The quality and pricing is like H&M. Here is some stuff I like:

Swedish Designer Does it Again

How nice are these jeans leggings from H&M? The color is just spot on in combination with the zippers. The only problem is that they have no back pockets. I should get them anyway, shouldn't I?

Combine them with this awesome (and cheap) jacket and you are good to go! Enough spring-feel to light a spark of hope, but the black lining totally makes it kosher.

Extreme Relaxing, Extreme Accomplishing

I know, I know. Barcelona was great. Never had such a great overnight. We managed to attend a humungus  wedding (and awesomely partyish, the Spanish love dancing), and experience Barce in daylight and catch some rest in the sun.

Got home to a dreary, dark Stockholm late last night and realized I had to work double today. So you'll have to excuse the bad blogging. But asbeforementioned, I got a lot on my plate right now. Can't wait for mid-January when the juggling is done, and we can get down to sorting some seriously superficial subjects!

Barce Viaje

I know I definitely have not worked up any holiday time on this blog, but I'm selfishly planning on leaving you guys stranded for a few days anyway. My excuse is the humungus Spanish wedding me and my guy are attending in Barcelona tomorrow. I'm very excited! Our little hitching partay was a rager, but we only had 63 guests. I'm thrilled to see what a traditional monster wedding  is like in reality! So...

Broken Promises

I promised plenty of pixels and loads of light, and delivered... this. Clearly, I am not to be trusted. I had to hand in my cell for some "repairs" so I'm stuck with this, actually charmingly retro, antiquity for a while. The truth is I wanna return my stupid Samsung because the sound is so bad, but their policy is you have to try and fix it three times first.

Anyway, I can't say I hate this phone, aside from its crummy cam. This is what I looked like while discussing my degree paper with my supervisor, who told me it is wiser to be boring than to be funny in a research paper:(, and then being stung, squeezed, pinched, X-rayed and hammered (not in the good way):

Wow, these pix are so lousy they actually sting my eyes. Sorry 'bout that. Will totally make sure to get a Canon G10 for giftmas.

Boots for Buddies

I have a friend, with a blog, who would love these boots. I'm referring to the second pair in particular. The first pair looks easy to put on fast, and just plain pretty.

This is a Swedish blog in English, so let's bring in some nice Stockholm fashion blogger lingo. Dagens means "Today's" and is short for Dagens Outfit. Now you know. Here is mine:

Second Circle Choo

Okay, it turns out I found a gold mine in the second load of Jimmy Choo stuff online. It may be that I'm a little weak from last night's orgie in wine and more wine with the neighbors, or the fact that I gave away 4 pairs of shoes yesterday, including my original Choos from '05, and donated another 8 pairs... but I went totally ban-na-na-an-as.

This is what will find it's way into my closet, or at least my home, since I will prolly have to send half of it back. My current all-time low of 22 pairs of shoes, after this latest shoe-genocide, did not last long...

The greys, the bag and the fur vest will never leave my closet.
