Caroline @ Feber made a pretty much perfect montage if you ask me. So I don't totally steal her post you'll have to click the image to find where the stuff comes from!

Last step
Okay, tomorrow morning we are packing up and leaving our base in DC, with pancakes, omelettes, McD take-in breakfasts and prezzies every day, thanx to a mother-in-law who loves having kids in the house, for cold motel toast and dusty roads for 3 weeks. With this I say sayonara for a while and hello to...
Bristol - Nashville - Montgomery - Shalimar - New Orleans - Houston - San Antonio - Fort Hancock - Albuquerque - Flagstaff - Vegas - LA - San Francisco:)
See you there!
Limited mirror access in the baseball covered boy room;)

Last Night in Sweden
Good bye old life, hello San Francisco (with layovers all over the promised land)! My flight leaves early tomorrow morning and (as Bilbo Baggins said [yea, I'm a nerd totale] says at the end of LOTR [total]): I think I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.
Bye

Design: Thumbs up. Execution: Boo.
Sometimes I wish that Forever 21 would up their price range of their shoes so it doesn't match that of their clothes. These shoes would have been awesome if they weren't (or didn't look like) cheap plastic pleather. Apparel is one thing, footwear a completely different one. Boo.
Shoelust, Not Must
I've learned these last few weeks what it's like to be a non-shopaholic. It's no fun. I'm all packed and I'm leaving for our big road trip toward the west coast in just 3 days and there is no way in hell or heaven that any new clothes could possibly fit in my bags whose seams are already suffering badly.
Anyway, no shopping makes Nanna a saddy. Had to leave town for detox and keep busy playing with giggly kiddies and when they were cranky I smoothly handed them back and went for a long pony ride in the snow.
This, however, did not escape my wandering eye. Lanvin platform pumps with Zana Bayne straps. My only reservation (for others) is for the very bold toe exposure. Long toes will not benefit.
